The in-dining experience is currently being held at the incredible Brix 66 building and establishment. It was designed and constructed in 2015 by the Gibeault generational family.
During the Maple season, we invite you to visit the boiling room to see them collecting and creating the maple syrup for their delicious products that are sold in-house and all over Quebec.

CHEF JORDAN JAMES
Chef Jordan James has over a decade of cuisine experience behind him. His passion for cooking started at a very young age and in 2006 he obtained a degree in French cuisine.
He become a head chef in 2014 working under many local names, and is now grateful for the opportunity to offer his own locally curated menus under his own directive
